She is the founder of Tender Years Learning Solutions.
Before joining TYLS, she has worked in various schools and corporate sector in leadership roles. Now, she has taken up the responsibility to bring quality education amongst children aged 6-11 years since these are the formative years of any human being. As 80% of child’s mental development happens during these tender years, she has taken up a charge to serve not only children but empowering educators and parents to be on the same page. As she is blessed with two kids herself with a vast age gap, she understands the challenges of parenting with the changing time.
She holds Master’s degree in English from M.G. University, Meghalaya and B.ed from Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur, U.P. She has also worked as a Training Manager with Genpact, India, headed South East Asia. She worked as a Curriculum Lead for Founding Years Learning Solutions, Delhi/NCR. She is volunteering Teach for India (TFI) on a project to help children with behavioral challenges
With formal courses/trainings combined with practical ground experiences as administrator over the last 20 years, Rashmi is an experienced child development professional..
